Symax Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Symax RIM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Symax RIM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RIM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RIM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Teknic-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teknic-Inc such as the EGT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS742N10 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X2C4003 by Manufacturer Tb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Telemecanique Brand LX1FH172 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tescom such as 2610N969728 equipment made by Tescom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tescom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tescom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H35056 made by Tendamatic as well as the popular 06010115 original spares produced by Teletek
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3XTL by Taylor-Wharton and 2610N969728 spares by Tescom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
