Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tai Shi SJN2015792 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Techmetric-,-Skf-,-Thk-,-Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tex-Computer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRI23L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2108911 manufactured by Techmetric-,-Skf-,-Thk-,-Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Techmetric-,-Skf-,-Thk-,-Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TEB0095 by Manufacturer Tex-Computer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tech-Weigh Brand RevereCP1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taylor-Wharton such as R0368C30 equipment made by Taylor-Wharton have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available ATS46C21N made by Telemecanique as well as the popular XMLR010G0T26 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP0106 by Teco and R0368C30 spares by Taylor-Wharton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E24400005811 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tel-Tokyo-Electron.
