Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Taiyo PQCS2-SCU2-01231VA-V741 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tasc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taylor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tasc such as the PCB90201PCA90201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 125S10073 manufactured by Taylor and we are pleased to be able to service most Taylor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XFC40020A by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Te-Technology Brand 4213560 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tbi-bailey such as TB46511010002 equipment made by Tbi-bailey have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TH0026FFH by Tatung and TB46511010002 spares by Tbi-bailey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01EA1115545A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tandler.
