Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tamagawa 58-11/24BIT-LPS-5V75 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tech-Motive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Teco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tech-Motive such as the 48400002401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 134H0560 manufactured by Trane and we are pleased to be able to service most Trane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 115208 by Manufacturer Teco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toshiba Brand PS20B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as VFA3N8075PYA70A equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ATV58HD79N4XZ made by Telemecanique as well as the popular VED20020CA10 original spares produced by Volkman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMC00011B by Whedco and VFA3N8075PYA70A spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDV2R8A01B002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
