Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods 11S178 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Torrington products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tt2 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Torrington such as the 5226WS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 105533E11 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CO281668 by Manufacturer Tt2 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tolomatic Brand 2160000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thompson such as XDT115005 equipment made by Thompson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thompson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thompson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2040200 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular 2147159 original spares produced by Us-Syncrogear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100B19H by Tsubaki and XDT115005 spares by Thompson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3699090030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
