Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods N006-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zero-max parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Paterson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the PA057271 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QX41 manufactured by Zero-max and we are pleased to be able to service most Zero-max systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NC529KE1UH00A02 by Manufacturer Paterson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Martin Brand S552H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as P7214M40E equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRO102 made by Motovario as well as the popular R107AD6 original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCXT115 by Dodge and P7214M40E spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P12501303BS12VWPARALLEL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo.
