Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tdk SMLC111 00 00 SMLC111-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued South-Bend products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spectrum product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader South-Bend such as the PA35035C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 721K2NP9CFITT manufactured by Sor and we are pleased to be able to service most Sor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2706P22RSC by Manufacturer Spectrum as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Spectrum Brand 8000RDI016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Indramat such as SOT02E1ACAS0T02E1ACA equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FPIOI8HEIP made by Spectrum as well as the popular TML723 original spares produced by Sony

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 048045REV4 by Solid-State-Controls and SOT02E1ACAS0T02E1ACA spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
