Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tem-tech Lab SE700T420-SZS1-T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Th-Zurrer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thermo-Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Th-Zurrer such as the HFH706 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2PAL5P3232V manufactured by Texscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Texscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 102145101 by Manufacturer Thermo-Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 7MT100A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thermo-King such as K3100783 equipment made by Thermo-King have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermo-King products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermo-King" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 305DC04B made by Texas-Instruments as well as the popular RFHST100281 original spares produced by Th-Zurrer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TH7135B4 by Thales and K3100783 spares by Thermo-King are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC698 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teradyne.
