Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the The Carlson Co. N3501 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tigear products, including obsoleted and phased-out United-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tigear such as the 20Q25H14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1941174 manufactured by United-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most United-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 25527 by Manufacturer Timken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thompson Brand NTR42025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tramec such as REP0752C30 equipment made by Tramec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tramec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tramec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 21204720024 made by Timken as well as the popular 3551004506 original spares produced by Viking

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 714412698210037208 by Thomas-Rexnord and REP0752C30 spares by Tramec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
