Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo Electric 3166P0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thermotron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the RSR9ZM2L103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4674437236744371 manufactured by Thomas and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM210E60799 by Manufacturer Thermotron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thomson Brand DF2410W5108LNHHN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thorlabs such as MAX607L equipment made by Thorlabs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thorlabs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thorlabs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMC2000 made by Thomson as well as the popular PC15113C original spares produced by Timeplex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C07AC00401 by Thk and MAX607L spares by Thorlabs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
