Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo Electric Co. 802058-A01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thyssen-Krupp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thyssen-Krupp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thermogastech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thyssen-Krupp such as the 6300NE1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6300ADG2 manufactured by Thyssen-Krupp and we are pleased to be able to service most Thyssen-Krupp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 570015240008 by Manufacturer Thermogastech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thomson Brand SPB6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thyssen-Krupp such as 6300LV4 equipment made by Thyssen-Krupp have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available M0860 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular PSN2 original spares produced by Thomson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSR40TBC3SS2775L by Thk and 6300LV4 spares by Thyssen-Krupp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RA20013CUUC0P5T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thk.
