Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thomas 98223-TTS-15699C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tokyo-Daito parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thomson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the 44115456B782 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DTMEB12060 manufactured by Tokyo-Daito and we are pleased to be able to service most Tokyo-Daito systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 345130635510 by Manufacturer Thomson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thomson Brand P2420B508RD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Todd such as MDT2241212R equipment made by Todd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Todd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Todd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DSRA8DSRC8 made by Thomson as well as the popular TA25A11522011130133 original spares produced by Timotion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ETS5075A by Pulcom-Tokyo-Seimitsu and MDT2241212R spares by Todd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
