Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Voith such as the 750TVEPK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 031614G6A8688 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 120SF12 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Timken Brand 47490474200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as 80SF33 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LL103049 made by Timken as well as the popular RF2080 original spares produced by Tsubaki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5380101006 by Warner and 80SF33 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3MM9310WIDUM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
