Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watts-Fluldalr-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the 1111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L60612GJM8 manufactured by Watts-Fluldalr-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Watts-Fluldalr-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6280 by Manufacturer Timken as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tri-clover Brand TSR412002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner such as PRB12H equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A140006 made by Tsubaki as well as the popular 2W092 original spares produced by Tsubaki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5370273001 by Warner and PRB12H spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
