Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tmt such as the Y3795Z01000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC2248938 manufactured by Tol-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TEB47 by Manufacturer Tokyo-Electron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Timken Brand TCJ1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyo such as SOT equipment made by Toyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QP131200C2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular VT130G3U4025 original spares produced by Toshiba
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B3S196334 by Tol-o-matic and SOT spares by Toyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
