Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Triac-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tr-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tolomatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Triac-Controls such as the 2R130DA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17150073 manufactured by Tr-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tr-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSA12 by Manufacturer Tolomatic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Total-Control Brand GP77REG4124VP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as B3S196334 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tol-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tol-o-matic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9FP50 made by Tocco as well as the popular MXE32P original spares produced by Tolomatic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z625B by Thorlabs and B3S196334 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
