Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tlv MC-GA1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Topward-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tolomatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the 32604200102270200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TPS4000 manufactured by Topward-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Topward-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MXE25PBN08SK14RPR1 by Manufacturer Tolomatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toolex Brand 19168 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tm such as BKT4 equipment made by Tm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPV140106 made by Tokyo-Seimitsu as well as the popular 36049639 original spares produced by Tol-O-Matic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2N2B7338B by Toshiba and BKT4 spares by Tm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AE86A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
