Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tokimec DEFRG21-03-6C-EX-60-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800HRMD1C1B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS3820MAUC1B1A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DXE316WB by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bruker Brand ER021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as DME2000000A01 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ETP615080 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular F002500087C original spares produced by Rapistan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DXE4120WB by Control-Techniques and DME2000000A01 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
