Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tol-o-matic BC3#154600 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Touchwin product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the LB01K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TOYOPUC manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T765 by Manufacturer Touchwin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Triac Brand 2R130SR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyo-oki such as HBPP8C4VC2V14A3A equipment made by Toyo-oki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyo-oki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyo-oki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MLP10C0 made by Transducer-Technologies as well as the popular F110P original spares produced by Turbines

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PU029U by Triconex and HBPP8C4VC2V14A3A spares by Toyo-oki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CQPI3D200C2PA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control.
