Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toshiba VFA3-2004PY-A21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyopuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tr-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the SDVXDA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the THU2764 manufactured by Toyopuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyopuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZE65M17150098 by Manufacturer Tr-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trane Brand 6400041701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyoda such as PC2FS3D equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VT130Q9U4015 made by Toshiba as well as the popular VFS15 original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFAS12055PLYA33 by Toshiba and PC2FS3D spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
