Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toyoda PC2J-CPU-THC-2764 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Triangle product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the THU2765 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6400085503 manufactured by Trane and we are pleased to be able to service most Trane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90WB8010AA by Manufacturer Triangle as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trans-Metrics Brand P020TIA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trane such as CVSF0448HFC0030000100A equipment made by Trane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trane" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TR3P made by Magnetic-Power-Systems as well as the popular X1365036206K original spares produced by Trane

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBS4KSS by Transcell-Technology and CVSF0448HFC0030000100A spares by Trane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original THU2764 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyopuc.
