Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-sen 841177J/841146G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tru-flo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the BL202DI120230VAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TT50051TT50051TT500 manufactured by Mark and we are pleased to be able to service most Mark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UT465EAE31 by Manufacturer Tru-flo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tucker Brand 2020765A007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsi such as 2605937 equipment made by Tsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BL20DS03401K5 made by Turck as well as the popular HMTK1545H15K3MC original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPC3SR12 by Tsudakoma and 2605937 spares by Tsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SDRIFU1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tri-tronics.
