Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck B125-G47SR-FZ3X2 W/PG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Twk-elektronik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Von-Duprin product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Twk-elektronik such as the RH28400AFKVCD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3F3C manufactured by Warrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 990 by Manufacturer Von-Duprin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Zook-Industries Brand 1MX1X15X72 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wesroc such as MT9100TNKS equipment made by Wesroc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wesroc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wesroc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V100761SE3 made by Victaulic as well as the popular 5102 original spares produced by Vibra-Metrics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LW18 by Turck and MT9100TNKS spares by Wesroc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XH979630 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ulvac.
