Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck BIM-IKM-AP6X2-H1141/S34 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the DC2C4024C0S0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC5S18AZ3X manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi30RW30DAP6XH1141F2 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Viscom Brand 300080130 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Watlow such as 71XJSGA120A equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZD6003 by Wenglor and 71XJSGA120A spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VG50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vinatoru.
