Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck JBBS-49-M613 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ipm products, including obsoleted and phased-out International-Power-Sources parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Invensys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ipm such as the 951016A0091 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6202774 manufactured by International-Power-Sources and we are pleased to be able to service most International-Power-Sources systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P0972VA0E by Manufacturer Invensys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand DM902WQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IS200AVFSG1AAA equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PROC7 made by Ircon as well as the popular 286c7040 original spares produced by Irt

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26E01017 by Isi and IS200AVFSG1AAA spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 341115A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ipc.
