Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the U.s. Motors UN32S4CKR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motors-Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uniop parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unisys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors-Emerson such as the 8P5P2C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD02R04 manufactured by Uniop and we are pleased to be able to service most Uniop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 43281435014 by Manufacturer Unisys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Unitorq Brand M52 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Validyne such as DA313733 equipment made by Validyne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Validyne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Validyne" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0390103A0102 made by V.i.p. as well as the popular 5AP9201505K23 original spares produced by Uhlmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 155567SF01 by Us-Motors and DA313733 spares by Validyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TV6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unitek.
