Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ui Robot UIM24202 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unimec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unimec such as the RB86 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HF3L041N manufactured by Universal and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS01LA08V06PA08V14 by Manufacturer Unique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Union-Carbide Brand 675700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by United-Electric such as H100K540 equipment made by United-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire United-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "United-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 08GM6325V10A1WR3D made by Universal as well as the popular 126401 original spares produced by Unitek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 400056REV3 by Unico and H100K540 spares by United-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F360A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unipulse.
