Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ultra Fab Technologies UFT-820 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taylor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor such as the QC10020046053BC10000B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1033853200 manufactured by Adept-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W368M35 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand TS4607N2043E200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Takex such as SS40TR10 equipment made by Takex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Takex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Takex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TS4231N6E17 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular PQCCU02 original spares produced by Taiyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TR1NK by Tara and SS40TR10 spares by Takex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4513N1820E200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
