Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Unilux Inc 67-1059A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Uniop product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uson such as the 408X300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7091491 manufactured by Mcg and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature eTOP30 by Manufacturer Uniop as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Union-Tool Brand TGC30124010504KB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uniop such as QC10055902STF01XCAN09B equipment made by Uniop have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uniop products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uniop" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Unimount125E438 made by Us-Motor as well as the popular E433V09V223R016F original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 21343 by Uson and QC10055902STF01XCAN09B spares by Uniop are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTJ80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linear.
