Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unitronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the PFXGM4301TAD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 318002104 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V12022R34 by Manufacturer Unitronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Horner Brand HE5000CS100R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aydin such as 8830 equipment made by Aydin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aydin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aydin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PFXGP4402WADW made by Proface as well as the popular 2550 original spares produced by Eason
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT20ST121EC by Omron and 8830 spares by Aydin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT20SST128B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
