Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Velonex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vici product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the NXP0725A2H0SSSA1A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V761 manufactured by Velonex and we are pleased to be able to service most Velonex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECMH by Manufacturer Vici as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Up-Unipo Brand R643 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BRP195A1 by Vernitron and ONAAE5914015 spares by Video-svga are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
