Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Up Unipo LRGXR125SM25 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vipa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors such as the U1P3DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3211BL00 manufactured by Vipa and we are pleased to be able to service most Vipa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A413084 by Manufacturer Valmet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Videojet Brand 234211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Us-Drives such as D4007N12DFS equipment made by Us-Drives have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Drives products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Drives" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LRGXR125SM25 made by Up-Unipo as well as the popular UEC original spares produced by Uryu

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AC560 by Uticor and D4007N12DFS spares by Us-Drives are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original U30P2DCR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motors.
