Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Motor H302A-50-X05X095R061M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the GCP3305 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F71320B5G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GoldlineXT by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Marathon Brand GT0509 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ep2100s1 such as EP2100S1 equipment made by Ep2100s1 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ep2100s1 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ep2100s1" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EM4103T made by Baldor as well as the popular EE3287111135 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRLDXMQ83275R4140 by Ironman-By-Grove and EP2100S1 spares by Ep2100s1 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H071126 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hansung.
