Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uviterno Ag MCR-138-V/R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valco-Cicinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vega product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the M8512271 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 151XX011 manufactured by Valco-Cicinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Valco-Cicinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KON66XG2VPR by Manufacturer Vega as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valmet Brand M851101VAL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veeder-Root such as 70177606 equipment made by Veeder-Root have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veeder-Root products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veeder-Root" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP335 made by Metso-Automation as well as the popular SCI401 original spares produced by Vee-Arc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2203I by Varihertz and 70177606 spares by Veeder-Root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A13201101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Van-Dorn.
