Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Valmet M851006 / 542844-6A / SCU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Dorn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Velmex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the B2050D01ASCM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16965ST manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A2504BS25 by Manufacturer Velmex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Velmex Brand VelmexPNA4006BS4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Versa-Logic such as VDK2T01 equipment made by Versa-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Versa-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Versa-Logic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0210165500 made by Varian as well as the popular E15002460 original spares produced by Varian

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 793005111 by Veeder-Root and VDK2T01 spares by Versa-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KXSM250BL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vexta.
