Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vee Arc RIVAS-3HP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viatran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Walter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Veris product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viatran such as the 5715AM6AAA20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G201208R3T16SXP manufactured by Walter and we are pleased to be able to service most Walter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PW2LX03S by Manufacturer Veris as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vwr Brand 75838266 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warrick-Controls such as DMS74A2 equipment made by Warrick-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K2G2012VBR08 made by Warner-Linear as well as the popular SCE401 original spares produced by Vee-Arc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 985A1BB00000 by Watlow and DMS74A2 spares by Warrick-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Waters-Equipment.
