Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vibro-meter UVC691 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Videojet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Visolux product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Videojet such as the 375080F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RT10B122 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VISOLUX75330MV4 by Manufacturer Visolux as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vortec Brand 92124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Volkmann such as VED200220CA10 equipment made by Volkmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VI2N3EUB1 made by Vicor as well as the popular FT5B20SBR3DLF000A10C0 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7686 by Vmic and VED200220CA10 spares by Volkmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DGMC3PTBW41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers.
