Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vickers 22B4BEBL/SR-3N, 22B4BEBL-SR-3N, 22B4BEBL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Visionetics-International parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vorne product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the FT5B20SBR3DLF000A10C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VIGA16 manufactured by Visionetics-International and we are pleased to be able to service most Visionetics-International systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2015CH24C by Manufacturer Vorne as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Videojet Brand SP371135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Videojet such as 353808N equipment made by Videojet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Videojet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Videojet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BT01 made by Vmic as well as the popular VIPU33EWW original spares produced by Vicor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AA90203 by Vutek and 353808N spares by Videojet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSKL25008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vishay.
