Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vickers 22B4BEBL/SR-3N, 22B4BEBL-SR-3N, 22B4BEBL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vipa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Videojet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vutek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vipa such as the 0071AB00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E13017PLZE0394V0ZE1404 manufactured by Videojet and we are pleased to be able to service most Videojet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AA90205 by Manufacturer Vutek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toshiba Brand VT130H7U6120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vogel such as 329945 equipment made by Vogel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vogel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vogel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3551050276EV made by Viking as well as the popular 11040PL7 original spares produced by Videojet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 878054D3 by Vorne and 329945 spares by Vogel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RP864 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Voith.
