Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vigoservo ARN30-A-T1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Von-Weise parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wabtec-Railway-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 2D81400G10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VO1090A76 manufactured by Von-Weise and we are pleased to be able to service most Von-Weise systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27961P by Manufacturer Wabtec-Railway-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westinghouse Brand 2848C01G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weintek such as TK670i equipment made by Weintek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weintek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weintek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MT506SV45EV made by Weinview as well as the popular MYUK03UL original spares produced by Weld-aid

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 293B004A10 by Westinghouse and TK670i spares by Weintek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BZ50RC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Watt-Stopper.
