Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Viking 3-551-900-351-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wittenstein product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 930DV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 920MWU manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP210SMC1101N12S by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westin Brand 251685 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yamazaki such as Lathe equipment made by Yamazaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yamazaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yamazaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 920MDNE509XODN made by Winsmith as well as the popular ML30 original spares produced by Vogue

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B3009 by Wsp and Lathe spares by Yamazaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 935MWN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Windsmith.
