Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Webb-stiles OC-18/WSQ-40 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wenglor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weko such as the HDM5E110141103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OCG714 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OPT2011 by Manufacturer Wenglor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Weitmann--Konrad Brand 604989 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westell such as A90312530 equipment made by Westell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C30S3MV3230PB made by Weber as well as the popular WBP025K original spares produced by Weightronix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35M005T098H3 by Wellsaw and A90312530 spares by Westell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TBNV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
