Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Windsor-Viking such as the 71CA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D14117 manufactured by Wertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Wertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JVXL by Manufacturer Wiggins as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Welker Brand Y1890ASAL3050KA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Woodward such as 364218 equipment made by Woodward have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Woodward products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Woodward" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCMI0144 made by Winsystems as well as the popular TURRET original spares produced by Wiedmann
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P04371 by Westinghouse and 364218 spares by Woodward are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
