Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Westinghouse B3-Body parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued World-Wide-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wood parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Accu-sort product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader World-Wide-Electric such as the HdRF262201R145TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 682BSDS manufactured by Wood and we are pleased to be able to service most Wood systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRX by Manufacturer Accu-sort as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wittenstein Brand LP090M013111000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ai-Tek such as 700851010323 equipment made by Ai-Tek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ai-Tek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ai-Tek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SP100SMC1101K12KPS1 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular C2082HRMSLHP original spares produced by Whitney

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U2001H by Agilent and 700851010323 spares by Ai-Tek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7112E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
