Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Westinghouse C011L1111N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thermon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermon such as the 1091606 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 04380A manufactured by Beijer and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 054220 by Manufacturer Reliance-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Forney Brand 34727701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amat-Applied-Materials such as 019040086 equipment made by Amat-Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amat-Applied-Materials products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amat-Applied-Materials" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 17102484 made by Industrial-Scientific as well as the popular MOR4 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57088630 by Asea and 019040086 spares by Amat-Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
