Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jamesbury products, including obsoleted and phased-out Issc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ircon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jamesbury such as the VPVL300SR6B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 321A manufactured by Issc and we are pleased to be able to service most Issc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S254ORCIO002 by Manufacturer Ircon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Japan-Servo Brand DS48BE252 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as ACH550BCR097A4F267 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DF8203078 made by Jancd as well as the popular 132P49C3 original spares produced by Itt
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4205159C by Autocon-Technologies and ACH550BCR097A4F267 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT440 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iskra.
