Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Curtis-Albright products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metasol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Scheider-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Curtis-Albright such as the SW200250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC185A2a2b manufactured by Metasol and we are pleased to be able to service most Metasol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VB22530921 by Manufacturer Scheider-Electric as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Chint Brand NCK360 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tyco such as p25p42d22p1 equipment made by Tyco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tyco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tyco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Size06222 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular LA1LC0129 original spares produced by Scheider-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA11212 by Square-D and p25p42d22p1 spares by Tyco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP2K0601BD3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
