Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wilden P8/AAAPP/NES/NE/NE 08-0114 M107450 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the PWB68A993149 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RFX1100G03 manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PESW9BEXR16 by Manufacturer Weg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Solyndra Brand S010020156 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adept such as PCBMSC3103004662546625 equipment made by Adept have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available RL1250N55 made by Rice-Lake as well as the popular RAX13C original spares produced by Nachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCE984245 by Schneider and PCBMSC3103004662546625 spares by Adept are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PPM3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schleicher.
