Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Issc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the 437003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8560400 manufactured by Measurex and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34778 by Manufacturer Issc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 28348211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nordson such as 1080792 equipment made by Nordson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 960356 made by Loctite as well as the popular 1C2D0 original spares produced by Warrick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1978517 by Westinghouse and 1080792 spares by Nordson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
