Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynacorp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexnord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the GRDHMQ860400H1521035 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Field manufactured by Dynacorp and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynacorp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES30 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson Brand H300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Conedrive such as H0502 equipment made by Conedrive have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPLN34010G090B04 by Gam and H0502 spares by Conedrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
