Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Winsystems G400-0421-000E1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woerner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mac product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the FTM5453754 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KTRA3AB3114105205TA manufactured by Woerner and we are pleased to be able to service most Woerner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35ASCCDAAA1BA by Manufacturer Mac as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wonderware Brand FACTORYSUITE2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wyko such as ASSY8300190 equipment made by Wyko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wyko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wyko" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LP070M0230010000 made by Alpha-Getriebebau as well as the popular 9903048B original spares produced by Woodward

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSTCCSPCU by Woodhead and ASSY8300190 spares by Wyko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B4460A00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xel.
